Donald Derrick (Feb 18, 2008) When you save a probe set, it should save the individual probes and ask you to name them if they don't have files already.

Donald Derrick (Feb 18, 2008) Setting the directory should be automatic upon saving probes and probe groupings

Donald Derrick (Feb 18, 2008) When you load the model `donaldTongue', there is a crash error with the message:

scan probe failed: Cannot find component corresponding to models/tongue, line 8 - FIXED

Donald Derrick (Feb 29, 2008) Bug: When I try to add a muscle bundle to a model, if I miss the small target the system resets so it is very hard to make new bundles. It also seems if I hit the target it resets. I cannot learn how to do this task. - IN PROGRESS

Donald Derrick (Feb 29, 2008) Feature Request: It should be possible to make a new muscle bundle in Artisynth with no content. - FIXED

Donald Derrick (Feb 29, 2008) Feature Request: It should then be possible to drag, or copy, muscle connections from one muscle bundle to another.

Donald Derrick (Feb 29, 2008) When I build or destroy muscle bundles, the muscle bundle should be replicated into the control pad automatically. For example, if I added a levator palati muscle (lp), that muscle (lp) should show up as a slider-bar. Also, if I delete or rename a genioglossus muscle they should change automatically in the control pad. - FIXED

Donald Derrick (Feb 29, 2008) We need to be able to group muscles into arbitrary combinations - FIXED

Donald Derrick (Feb 29, 2008) Figuring out how to make new muscle groups in the first place is nearly impossible. We need to have this as a menu option or something. For instance, right now you have to right-click in the hierarchy structure on the Tongue, rather than the muscle bundle section, or the tongue model. I would never have guessed this method except that John taught me how to invoke this command.

Donald Derrick (March 6, 2008) Editing the UBC tongue model (HiRes) requires editing donaldTongue and cannot be done directly. - IN PROGRESS.

Donald Derrick (March 9, 2008) Editing the donaldTongue by changing the names or number of musbleBundles breaks the UBC tongue. Now the tongue loads, but the scroll-bar added to donaldTongue does lot load.

Donald Derrick (March 10, 2008) When I try to change render properties with a mac, the control-click sequence de-highlights the tongue and then the edit render properties window does not show up.
